Meet Our Team:
Jw’s early childhood memories include sitting by his mother’s side at age 5, helping her grind and polish turquoise stones she would cut and sell to the trade. He fell mesmerized by the process of metamorphosing rock into gem. Business minded even then, Jw decided to utilize those same stones to craft refrigerator magnets to sell at his parent’s bar. His trinkets were at hit with the patrons. With much confidence in himself and his product, he fast became a mini salesman, offering and showcasing his wares to whomever would listen.
As his mother’s eye turned to silversmithing and jewelry design, so inspired was her young son. With a fully stocked studio in the family room, Jw had free access to the drills, torches and tools of an artisan. With mother’s blossoming knowledge and encouragement, by the age of 15, he was designing, crafting and selling his own pieces to those same charmed patrons at the family business.
Jewelry and gemstones remained a thriving passion. As a young man, Jw quickly soared the ranks of large fine jewelry retailers and wholesales in the industry. As a global sales director of a well respected diamond company, Jw’s lead the path to great it’s great success and was key in amassing the client list.
Jw never remains still. Always wanting to offer the best of quality products to his customers, he enrolled and graduated with a degree in gemology from the G.I.A. He’s also very proud to say he is a board member and president of the American Gem Society of Southern California.
