Return & Exchange Policy and Process

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returned items must be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates that may have accompanied it.

There are no refunds or exchange on Customized, Engraved, or Sized items. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $9.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 30 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

 

Damaged items will be repaired or replaced for the same item only.

 

Cancelling an Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately. If the item has not been processed for shipping, you will receive a full refund or store credit. If the item has been shipped, please follow the instructions below for returns.

 

Return Process

Please follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact Us:

Email Customer Service by clicking here. Explain your situation and include any catalog numbers for exchanges if applicable. Customer Service will respond with a solution and approval of the next step within 48 hours.

 

  1. Package Your Order:

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials securely. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

 

  1. Shipping & Insurance:

For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail.  Please note: for security purposes, do not write words such as “jewelry,” “diamonds,” “gold,” or any other related items on the outside of the box.  Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
